At Latchkey we have 3 convenient ways for us to manage your property. Choosing a plan that fits your needs is the first step. We like to keep it simple by avoiding junk fees. At Latchkey we are all REALTORS® and Licensed Property Managers, so your property is in skilled hands and always within compliance.
Some things to think about ....
LatchKey Realty charges $50 per hour for services beyond the scope of regular property management. Some examples might be: Attending an H.O.A. meeting, Project Management or additional administrative work.
At LatchKey we use an outside firm to post legal notices and handle evictions so that we can meet the strict requirements of the courts and Nevada state law. These costs will be the responsibility of the property owner.
Here in the Las Vegas Valley we generally pay a referral fee to a brokerage (other than ourselves) that provides an approved tenant for our listings. The referral cost is negotiable and is an expense that will appear on the owners ledger.
